Level 2 Award in Customer Service Course

Course Introduction

This 1 day course covers with all the information you require to complete the qualification. This is a single unit qualification, assessed by a 30 question multiple-choice examination for 1 hour duration. Successful candidates must achieve a score of at least 20/30.

The Level 2 Award in Customer Service is a qualification aimed at anyone working in or preparing to work in any industry that involves the customer service role or whether using the telephone is a part of their role.

The aim of the qualification is to cover the principles of customer service including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques as well as ways to deal with problem customers.

Assessment is done through a multiple choice closed book exam.

There are no pre-requisites for this qualification. It is advised that candidates have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent. Arrangements are in place for special needs.
