The latest IET Wiring Regulations, Principles, Definitions, Characteristics, Safety, Selection and erection of equipment, Inspection and testing, Prosumers Installations and Special Installations or Locations and Appendices.
To achieve this qualification learners are required to pass an open-book online exam. This exam is of a 2-hours duration and has 60 multiple-choice questions.

Course 2: - Level 3 Certificate In Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installation in Dwelling (LCL 7876)
This qualification has been developed to meet the new Qualified Supervisors technical competence requirements effective from 1st Sep. 2021. LCL Level 3 Certificate in Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installations in Dwellings (QCF) qualification meets the qualification level required for Qualified Supervisors responsible for electrical work in domestic properties subject to Part P of the Building Regulations (England and Wales).
Health & Safety, Generation & Earthing Systems, Renewable Energy, Domestic Circuit Arrangements, Circuit Protection, Inspection & Testing, Fault Diagnosis Candidates will be required to complete an end-of-unit assessment PLUS gather evidence from the workplace of a domestic dwelling (On-Site Portfolio).
This qualification has 9 assessments. 5 Theory online multiple choice exams, Practical assessments for Inspection & Testing, Fault Finding and Installation and one design project.

Course 3: - Level 3 Award Electrical Installation Inspection Testing, Certification and Reporting (EAL 2625)
Throughout the course, learners enhance their skills for carrying out Initial Verification, Certification, Periodic Inspection & Testing of electrical installation.
This course covers the main two sections:
A. Initial Verification
This section helps learners to understand Initial Verification, Safe Testing and Commissioning of electrical installations, Completing the safe isolation of the electrical circuit & installation and the inspection of electrical installation before being placed into service, testing before the circuit is energized and The completion of electrical installation certificates and associated documents.
B. Periodic Inspection
This section helps learners to recognize all relevant Statutory and Non- Statutory regulations and guidance, understand the importance of condition reporting and periodic inspection & testing, know how to use the testing equipment and make them able to record the results.
To achieve this qualification, learners are required to pass an open-book online exam and a practical assessment. The online exam is of 2-hour duration and has 60 multiple-option questions.
